Time for something to eat. At the Tiefenbrunn you are free to enjoy culinary delights when it suits you. We do not have pre-defined meal times. There are no standard menus. Rather, we offer healthy meals of the highest quality, prepared with excellent regional products, preferably organic. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day - and we take it especially seriously. The rest of your daily meals is entirely up to you. You eat what you like - as much as you like: A South Tyrolean Marende on the Alpe, an Aperitivo Lungo in the city, a delicious dinner in a starred restaurant, a crispy pizza, a picnic in the garden, an apple strudel with whipped cream prepared by senior manager Marianne Genetti...

Time for fun together. Here at the Tiefenbrunn we bake bread together once every week. Host Michael also whisks you away into the world of wine and the wine tasting cellar of our hotel. Every Wednesday evening we invite you to dinner in our house and treat you with seasonal foods: In the spring herbs are on the menu, in the summer delicious BBQ meals and in the autumn the traditional Törggelen.
