Mountainbike:
Most biking-tours trough the valleys are pretty long and challenging but in many cases they can easily be shortened by little cable-car rides.

Small "Tschögglberg-tour" (18 km – 530 hm)
The tour begins at the mountain-station of Vöran's cable-car (the most well-known one for the trasfer of mountainbiker)
We leave the small town and continue east on to "Leadner Alm". Once arrived at the sports-place of Vöran we have to turn left and follow the tarred street until we reach the "alm" (1531m). Now we drive back for a little track and follow the road sign to "Avelengo". Shortly before arriving we turn again in direction "Vöran", and follow the road signs for the hiking-path Vöran til we get back to the cable-car. From here you can decide if you want to go back with the train or rather take the more challenging path "Sunnseitn Steig" to Postal and then to Lana.
Lana Moosweg Tisens (28 km – 930 hm)
Biking through Lana til you reach the curch of Lana di sotto. About 800m after the church you will notice the path taking the direction Unterackpfeif - Krebsbach. After 3.6 km you have to turn right and take the Moosweg, which after a great number of loops will take you in direction Zwinneburg. Once you passed it, you have to continue along the Priassianer beck til Caoria. On the tarred road, we have to turn left and follow the path number 7, to Staudach. Continue following the tarred road til the end of the street and then take a turn downwards until you reach the way we drived upward: get to the "Zinneburg" and 100m after the castle turn right in direction Prissiano. From Prissiano bach to Tesimo and downwards in direction Ackpfeif - Lana.
Monte Marlengo - Monte San Vigilio – Pavicolo (37 km – 1500 hm)
rom Lana to Cermes, over the Baslinger street direction Lebensberg castle. Bevor reaching restaurant "Tschigg" (875m) we turn left to the timberroad in direction Monte San Vigilio. We will cross another timber road but continue on a cliffy timber-road taking us to the Hotel Seehof. Once we passed the small church of San Viglio, the street goes downwards in direction Pavicolo. Take the Ultner-street to get back to Lana.
