direclty from our hotel you will easily reach a great number of walking-paths, jogging and bicycle-routs and of course connections to the public trasnportation-net.
Bus or train will take you to Merano and Bolzano...
In the mood to shop.. for a museum-tour.. or just to enjoy some Italian flair? Both towns are easily reachable by bus or train. And the best thing is, you get in at Lana, and get off in the city-centre. Merano is really easy to reach by bus, while to get to Bolzano you should rather take the train. The travel to Merano takes just 20, that one to Bolzano 30 min. Bus stop just 2 min by foot from our Hotel.
Chair-lift, Cable-cars…
The valley station Monte San Vigilio/Vigiljoch is situated at "Lana di sopra", 15min from the hotel and is also easilyachievable by bus (Nr. 11). The cable-car will take you up to 1.200m.
Val Venosta/"Vinschger Train"…
With this train you will reach Marling as well as nice walking paths and hiking destinations in the surroundings of Merano. But you can also decide to procede further to Malles - Val Venosta.
Touristcard
You can ask for your Touristcard directly at the reception. Exhibiting this card, you will get reductions on tickets for cable-cars, chair-lifts, museums and so on.
Merano Mobilcard
Mobilcard lets you use the public bus and rail network throughout South Tyrol for 7 or 3 consecutive days. Mobilcard is available in two different versions, each one for adults and for children or juniors. Date of validity will be printed on your Mobilcard at the first validation. From this moment on the ticket is valid for 7 or 3 consecutive days. You get this card at the tourism office in Lana.
