ADVICES & INFOS
For non-taken meals we deduct € 5,00 /a day.
For Bed & Breakfast-bookings we deduct from €5,00 to € 10,00 from half-board-prices.
Dogs:
Dogs are heartly welcome at the Tiefenbrunn. For a small dog we calculate Euro 6,00 every day and for a big one Euro 12,00 every day. without feed (blanket/basket you must bring with you). Due to hygenic reasons, dogs and other pets are not allowed to enter the dining room as well as the wellness area.
Arrival/Departure:
The rooms/apartments will be at your disposal from 2 pm on the day of arrival. We request you to leave the rooms at 10.30 am on the day of departure.
Single room use:
If you use a double room as a single one, we will apply a surcharge from Euro 20,00 until Euro 30,00.
Methods of Payment - Advance payment:
Payment in cash, bancomat card and credit cards (EC, Visa, Maesto). Bank transfer or post transfer will be only accepted in advance.
We would be glad to accept an advance payment to conferm your reservation.

(charge free for the beneficiary: with indication of the code numbers the transfer will be free).
Cancellation:
We kindly ask you to inform us if you can’t attend your booking as soon as possible. We ask for understanding, that we must calculate you the costs incurred. If we get your cancellation 3 months before and we are able to book the room to someone else we don't charge you. Otherwise we are constrained to charge you!
By cancellation from 3 months to 29 days we before your holiday we calculate you 3 days according to your reservation! From 28 days before your holiday we calculate 100 & without catering, 80 % by reservation with breakfast and 70% by reservation with ½ or ¾ accommodation!We suggest you the conclusion of holiday insurance! In appendix you will find some information and the possibility to book immediately the holiday protection: as PDF document with banc transfer or online on europaeische.at by credit card!
Early departure:
The room/apartment will be charged according to your booking within the framework of existing legislation.
Booking modality:
We kindly ask you to send us your reservation request by mail, fax or e-mail. Your booking will be considered obligatory as soon as you get our reservation confirmation (we will send it per mail, fax or email.) Sometimes we need an advanced payment. In this cases we would like to ask you to transfer an amount of €150,00 on our account:
Hotel Tiefenbrunn, Genetti Doris, Südtiroler Volksbank, Filiale Lana - IBAN: IT97 K058 5658 4900 4257 1183 580 swift: BPAAIT2B042. As an alternative you can also communicate us your credit card number and maturity date.
The new price-list replaces the antecedent one. Changes, errors & ommisions excepted.
