Vital breakfast
South Tyrolean milk-products, tea-bar, Muesli-corner, local mountain-honey, home-made jams, crispy bread, daily fresh-prepared fruit-salad, fresh apple juice, egg-dishes, harty from our local butcher and much more.. this is what it takes for a good start in the day. (from 7.30 am to 10.30 am). Enjoy our thematic breakfasts, such as the organic-vital breakfast or the traditional farmer's breakfast.

4 to 6 -course lovely and with care prepared evening-menus. Dishes at your choice and vegetarian gourmet-plates. Seasonal Theme-evenings and daily fresh salads and crispy vegetables from our buffet (from 18.30 pm).

Gourmet evening
Lovely prepared 4 to 6 course menus, with dishes at your choice and vegetarian gourmet dishes. Starting from 6.30 pm we do also serve seasonal thematic evenings, daily fresh salads as well as a crunchy vegetables-buffet.
The week starts with our Sunday Gala Dinner, and the alpine-vital menu and continous with specialities from Grandma's cooking book, summer-time barbecue-evenings on our panoramic-terrace, as well as dessert-buffets and degustation-menus with local herbs and blossoms and italian-gourmet-evenings will take you through the week.
In Autumn it is time for the well-known "Törggele"-evening with roastet chestnuts and the wonderful apple-menu. While may is characterized by excellent asparagus-dishes.

Saturday: Our Hotel welcomes you with a wonderful Tyrolean evening incl. welcome-aperitif.

Snacks in-between
At lunch and in the afternoon, we like it to pamper our guests with home-made cakes, pies, ice-cream and exquisite "Bretteljausen"* and other little snacks. From 3 pm.
*"Brettljause" is a traditional snack in Alto Adige. Sausages, speck, cheese, and pickles are presented on a wooden board, accompanied by crusty bread and hearty wine.
For lunch - between 12.00am and 01.00pm - we do serve small dishes à la carte Gerichte as well as Tiefenbrunn's daily special.
Advanced booking: Tiefenbrunn's ¾ gourmet treatment. Upon request (and previous booking), between 12.00am and 01.00pm we do also serve a small lunch buffet with tasty snacks.
