You should really try our fresh and healthy ingredients. No matter if is the meat from our local butcher, cheese from the pasture, fruits from our garden, eggs from the nearby farmer - You will only taste selected cuisine, refined by special herbs. From light Mediterranean dishes to the 5-elements cuisine, from alpine Blossom-dreegustation-menu tu traditional South Tyrolean specialities, from Tyrolean "Törggele-evening" to the romantic gala-dinner. Many creative culinary theme-evenings are waiting for you!
 

Daily on our menu: Tasty vegetarian dishes, in which you will taste the true aroma of nature. Tiefenbrunn's gourmet-cuisine is also specialized in preparing diet- and gluten-free dishes by using "Dr. Schärs" products. Our chefs are also glad to prepare special dishes for those suffering from Lactose intolerance .

A lovely layed table, is one of the most beautiful meeting points on earth.  Dining in Tiefenbrunn's dining-room, surrounded by a processed and comfortable atmosphere. Here you will enjoy romantic moments by candlelight. With South Tyrolean charme and Italian flair you will be pampered with creative menus. Tiefenbrunn's terrace is particularly wonderful during the warm summer-months. Starting the day surrounded by nature, next to bloomy Oleanders, sunlight and twittering birds. This is a real holiday!
